Job summary

Accelera is seeking a proactive Shop/Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily fabrication, material handling, and warehouse operations in Dallas. You will manage staff, drive productivity, maintain equipment readiness, and oversee inventory and logistics.

You will direct the material flow from receiving to shipping, ensure BOM accuracy, and enforce safety protocols. The role requires hands-on use of forklifts and shop machinery and collaboration with engineering and project teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse leadership.
• Proven supervisory experience and people leadership.
• Experience with material staging, inventory control, and shipping/receiving.
• Hands-on with material-handling equipment and forklifts.
• Ability to read BOMs, manuals, and fabrication prints.
• Strong mechanical skills with power/hand tools.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and ERP/inventory software.
• Must have driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily machine shop, fabrication, and warehouse operations.
• Drive team productivity and uphold safety standards.
• Manage receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping materials.
• Maintain spare parts, tooling, and inventory records.
• Prepare equipment for installation jobs.
• Assist in assembly, testing, and fabrication of automation systems.
• Collaborate with project and engineering teams on material needs.
• Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks; manage tools and shop machinery.
• Track timelines and report delays or shortages.
• Enforce LOTO, PPE, and machine guarding; uphold 5S.
• Coordinate with external service vendors.
• Handle shipping, production, and inventory paperwork.
