Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Awareness of quality standards and safety practices.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily rack and manifold fabrication operations.
• Lead team leads across welding, orbital welding, fabrication, and polishing.
• Ensure work meets engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate schedules and workflow to meet production deadlines.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review blueprints, weld procedures, and work orders.
• Inspect weld integrity and dimensional accuracy.
• Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to employees.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve production challenges.
• Lead improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
