Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and safety rules.
• Experience in welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW).
• Knowledge of AWS, API, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate welders.
• Inspect welds for compliance with specifications.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate activities and manage schedules.
• Maintain records and reports.
