Position Summary

The Fabrication Supervisor leads the production of racks and manifolds for data center cooling systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This hands‑on leader supervises teams and team leads across welding, orbital welding, fabrication, and polishing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily rack and manifold fabrication operations.

• Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to employees.

What You’ll Bring

Preferred Experience

• Polishing and finishing for high‑purity applications.
• Data center cooling, high‑purity piping, or similar mechanical systems.
• ASME standards and high‑specification welding requirements.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.

Working Conditions
