Job summary

Entegris in North America seeks a Lead Fab Technology Engineer for Surface Preparation and Integration (SPI) to drive technology development and customer adoption of SPI products. You will lead technical programs, coordinate with account managers, and ensure smooth launches and commercialization in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in wet etch and clean in semiconductors.
• Master’s or PhD with 8+ years in wet etch and clean in semiconductors.
• Experience leading technical programs and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert in Selective Wet Etch and Clean for SPI in North America.
• Lead customer evaluations and align with customer buying motives.
• Develop strategies to drive SPI revenue and market share in NA.
• Collaborate with account managers, BU, and R&D to align product roadmap.
