Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead Fab Technology Engineer for Surface Preparation and Integration (SPI) in North America. You will provide technical leadership during launches, support customer qualifications, and drive revenue growth for SPI with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with account managers, R&D, and suppliers, while traveling up to 30% to engage customers and OEMs. Strong expertise in Wet Etch and Clean is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/chemical engineering or related field with 10+ years in wet etch and clean.
• Master’s or PhD in chemistry/chemical engineering with 8+ years in wet etch and clean.
• Experience in semiconductor fab environments or with equipment suppliers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert in Selective Wet Etch and Clean for SPI in North America.
• Lead customer evaluations and ensure alignment with buying motives.
• Develop strategies to drive revenue and market share growth for SPI in North America.
• Provide technical and application support during customer qualifications.
• Collaborate with account managers and R&D to align product roadmap with customer needs.
• Travel up to 30% and engage with key OEMs for demos and opportunities.
• Represent SPI leadership in regional and global opportunity reviews.
