Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fab Technology Engineer for Surface Preparation and Integration (SPI) based in North America. The role drives technical leadership, customer engagements, and revenue growth in the SPI portfolio across the NA region.

Responsibilities include leading evaluations, collaborating with account managers, and aligning product strategies with customer needs. Occasional travel up to 30% will be required as the business advances through launches and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in Wet Etch and Clean in semiconductors or fab env./suppliers.
• Master’s or PhD and 8+ years in Wet Etch and Clean in semiconductors or fab env./suppliers.
• Extensive experience in Wet Etch and Clean process development in advanced wafer fabs or related equipment companies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert in Selective Wet Etch and Clean for SPI in North America.
• Lead customer evaluations and align with customer buying motives during launches.
• Develop strategies to drive revenue and market share for SPI in North America.
• Provide technical support during customer qualifications and collaborate with account managers.
• Travel up to 30% to engage customers and support opportunities.
