Job summary

SkyWater Technology in Texas is seeking a Fab Product Engineer to own product performance in fab manufacturing and testing, investigating yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analysis. You will work with process and test engineering to drive improvements and support customer returns.

You will guide associate engineers and technicians, applying Cp/CpK SPC methods and expertise in device physics and test methodologies to ensure quality and reliability

Qualifications

• Engineering related BS degree (5+ years related experience).
• MS degree or PhD degree a plus.
• Prior semiconductor industry experience required.
• Requires technical expertise in product, performance, data analysis, and testing characterization with ability to lead projects.
• Experience with testers and SORT yield testing methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply goal-setting, data analysis, and problem-solving using Cp/CpK and SPC methods.
• Perform electrical failure analysis with SORT testers and drive improvements with process/test teams.
• Support customer returns with expertise in fab processes and test flows.
