Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking a Fab Product Engineer to own product performance across fabrication and testing processes in our Austin facility.

You will investigate yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analysis, and work with process and test engineering to drive improvements. The role requires an engineering BS with 5+ years in semiconductors; MS/PhD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering BS with 5+ years in semiconductors.
• MS/PhD is a plus.
• Prior semiconductor industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own product performance across fab manufacturing and testing.
• Investigate yield issues, bin shifts, and performance changes using statistical and electrical analysis.
• Lead failure analysis with SORT testers and support customer returns.
