Requirements include 7+ years in aviation inspection/maintenance with Part 145 experience, FAA license, and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day Part 145 program activities for the Cirrus BEH Factory Finish Center.
Ensure full FAA compliance across FAR 145, 43, 91, and 135.
Lead inspection processes to align with manufacturing and post-maintenance standards.
Manage daily inspections, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate work orders.
Serve as SME and primary contact between accountable manager and direct labor.
Champion standardized processes and best practices in the facility.
Maintain documentation and records per FAA and company standards.
Mentor the inspections and finishing team; ensure certifications are kept current.
Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting to FAA as required.
Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
