Job summary

Cirrus in Benton Harbor, MI, seeks a Quality Assurance and Compliance Leader for FAA Part 145 operations. You will oversee the repair station's QA program, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to the facility Director in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide inspection teams, maintain records, drive process improvements, and coordinate with regulators to keep certifications current. This role requires a strong aviation maintenance background, FAA licenses, and proven leadership to sustain

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulations.
• Proven leadership in aviation inspection/maintenance.
• Experience with regulatory audits and documentation.
• Licensed FAA A&P and DOT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of the Part 145 program for Cirrus BEH Factory Finish Center.
• Ensure full FAA Part 145 compliance including FAR 145, 43, 91, and 135.
• Lead inspections and maintain quality standards aligned with manufacturing.
• Maintain records and certifications per FAA and company standards.
• Prepare and submit reports to FAA and regulators in a timely manner.
• Mentor inspections and finishing team; develop competency and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions when needed.
