Job summary

Keyes European is seeking an experienced Lead F&I Manager to drive performance in a busy dealership environment. You will oversee F&I operations, coach a team, ensure accuracy, and optimize product penetration while reporting to the General Sales Manager and General Manager.

The role requires 2+ years as a Lead F&I Manager, strong attention to detail, and CIT management. California base with total rewards and incentives, with a schedule supporting peak demand.
