Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, GA is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will coach and develop team members, ensure high service standards, and work with management to improve quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Your Role

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be an important part of our hospitality team. You'll help lead daily operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest receives the high level of service that makes Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa a premier destination.
