Job summary

Chrome Hearts LLC is seeking a General Production – Eyewear professional to actively participate in eyewear manufacturing and meet production standards. You will work closely with a craft-focused team to assemble, inspect, and ship Chrome Hearts eyewear, ensuring high-quality finishes aligned with brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment or similar setting.
• Experience with hand and machine operations in a production line is preferred.
• Ability to read simple drawings or instructions and communicate concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for small parts assembly.
• Good organizational skills and accountability in a team-based setting.
• Willingness to follow training, instructions, and company policies.
• Ability to maintain safety and quality while meeting production targets.
• Experience with precision tasks, tolerances, and visual inspection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all training and work instructions relative to the assembly of Chrome Hearts eyewear.
• Participate in all tasks needed to get eyewear production made and orders shipped out.
• Ensure product meets quality standards.
• Ensures necessary production materials and equipment are available based on production plan.
• Maintain daily production standards to meet the goals of the work unit.
• Lead by example, following all company policies, procedures, and processes.
• Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine.
• Works safely and maintains a clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Report safety hazards and work-related injuries to supervision immediately.
