Job summary

Chrome Hearts is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee day-to-day in-house eyewear production, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate data handling. The role requires close collaboration with Product Development, QC, Production, and Stockroom, driving on-time delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience with BOMs, excellent Excel skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to manage complex data and processes across ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience and working with production orders / BOMs.
• Outstanding Excel skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365 a major plus).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day in-house eyewear production activities.
• Ensure accurate data entry for each project output.
• Monitor and firm planned orders; manage material flow.
• Delegate work and track completion across teams.
• Communicate with outside vendors to align schedules.
• Maintain delivery dates in the system based on capacity.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve production delays.
• Build reporting to support production efficiency and accuracy.
• Understand eyewear components and BOMs for troubleshooting.
