Job summary

FilterEasy LLC is expanding its plastics extrusion capabilities and seeks a dedicated operator to own the extrusion and stamping line. You will set up, run, and fine-tune the process to meet quality and output targets while training junior operators.

The role emphasizes safety, SOP creation, and collaboration with maintenance/engineering to drive improvements and maintain equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years operating plastics extrusion or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Technical training in industrial technology or mechanical systems preferred.
• OSHA or safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and ramp-up of extrusion and stamping line.
• Configure and set up line equipment to meet production requirements.
• Monitor line performance and adjust to maintain quality and throughput.
• Conduct in-process inspections and ensure conformance to specs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and production logs.
• Develop SOPs and training documentation; train operators/technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, 5S-driven work environment.
