Uniting Holding is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator to operate and maintain extrusion lines, ensuring product quality and a safe, clean work environment. The successful candidate will be trained and integrated into a fast-paced manufacturing team.

The role requires at least 2 years of machine experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and ability to read schematics. Shifts may vary, and PPE is provided as part of safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience operating machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
• Monitor the production process and adjust as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine issues as they arise.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.
