Valto, Inc. in Florence, KY is seeking a Lead Extra to supervise daily wet end production and back up the Group Lead. You will assist with startups, shutdowns, changeovers, and training while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing or resin mixing, understands resin systems and process controls, and can operate forklifts and line controls. This full-time day shift offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing, resin mixing, or production operations.
• Strong leadership potential with troubleshooting abilities.
• Understanding of resin systems and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Back up the Group Lead and assume leadership when absent.
• Assist with startups, shutdowns, and changeovers per schedule.
• Fill in for Operator/Resin Mixer as needed to cover shifts.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and production issues with teams.
• Support training and development of associates.
• Prepare equipment and settings for upcoming runs; support housekeeping and excellence initiatives.
