Job summary

Walmart in Salem, OH is seeking a Lead Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services to lead a team of exterior service technicians in a year‑round role. You will manage landscape maintenance, exterior building/grounds upkeep, and safety practices to create a clean, safe space for customers.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in landscaping/exterior maintenance, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and leading teams.
• Active EPA 608 certification.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
• Read and speak English sufficiently for FMCSR requirements.
• 2 years' experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
• Option 1: 1 year's experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Option 2: 2 years' Walmart store experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee landscape management and exterior maintenance to maintain safe, clean spaces.
