Qualifications

• DOT physical and MEC certification required prior to hire.
• Valid state driver's license; able to pass MVR.
• No DUI/DWI/Reckless driving in last 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years for CMV.
• No FMCSA serious violations in 3 years for CMV.
• No preventable accidents in 3 years for CMV.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• 2 years’ experience in landscaping/gardening.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians to ensure service delivery.
• Oversee landscape tasks, irrigation, and exterior upkeep.
• Manage work orders and records using phones/tablets/laptops.
• Provide on‑the‑job training on processes, equipment, and safety.
