Walmart is seeking a dedicated Lead Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services in Salem, NH to lead a team of exterior service technicians and maintain commercial landscapes and exterior spaces for a safe, clean customer environment.

Responsibilities include on-site leadership, coordinating work orders, and performing landscaping tasks while adhering to safety policies and ethics. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping/exterior maintenance and leading teams.
• Proven leadership to train on processes, equipment usage and safety.
• Proficiency with technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work orders/record-keeping.
• Willingness to perform landscaping tasks (mowing, weed control, etc.).
