Job summary

Southwestern Remodeling is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee field installation and help lead residential remodeling projects throughout the Wichita area.

Qualifications

• Significant carpentry/remodeling experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in construction environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities on active jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with residential remodeling projects.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and workflow.
• Manage a crew size of 2-3 carpenters.
• Ensure projects meet Southwestern Remodeling quality standards.
• Mentor and support carpenters and crew members.
