Southwestern Remodeling is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee field installation and help lead residential remodeling projects throughout the Wichita area.

Job Description:

Southwestern Remodeling is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee field installation and help lead residential remodeling projects throughout the Wichita area. This role is responsible for maintaining project quality, mentoring crew members and ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist with residential remodeling projects
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and workflow
• Ground up room addition construction, roof structures, roof tie ins, deck construction, outdoor living spaces, siding, general framing
• Manage crew size of 2-3 carpenters
• Ensure projects meet Southwestern Remodeling quality standards
• Mentor and support carpenters and crew members
• Maintain a safe, organized and productive jobsite
• Communicate progress and project needs with leadership
