Snail Games USA is seeking a Lead Executive Interpreter and Executive Support Manager to serve as the principal Mandarin/English interpreter and executive support partner to the Company's Founder and Chief Executive Officer. The CEO relies on timely, precise communication with English speaking executives, employees, advisers, and partners.

Professional interpretation and translation excellence is the foundation of this position.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience interpreting complex executive discussions and translating high-stakes documents.
• Ability to preserve meaning, tone, and confidentiality in translations.
• Experience supporting a founder/CEO or senior executives.
• Experience leading a small interpreter/executive-support team.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO’s principal Mandarin-English interpreter at meetings, calls, negotiations, and daily operations.
• Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation with accuracy and appropriate tone.
• Translate contracts, emails, reports, presentations, and other documents for executive review.
• Maintain bilingual terminology, review translations, and ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and prepare briefing materials.
• Lead the interpreter and executive-support team and ensure continuous executive coverage.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international communications and travel logistics.
