Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Administrative Assistant to support the Building Automation unit from our Atlanta office. You will play a pivotal role enabling senior leaders, including the CFO and CSO, with superb administrative and operational support on-site.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP (Purchase Orders) and Concur.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize administrative tasks, including managing schedules, domestic and international travel arrangements, visas, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate complex calendars and resolve scheduling issues.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and catering.
  • Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure rhythm of business.
  • Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion, particularly those affecting global operations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Greeting guests in person at the office.
  • Respond promptly to emails, texts, and phone calls.
  • Adjust the work schedule as needed to accommodate your executive and in-person meeting demands.

Job Description As the Lead Administrative Assistant supporting Honeywell's Building Automation (BA) business unit, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of senior leadership through exceptional administrative and operational support. Based in our Atlanta office, this is a highly visible position that supports the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and other senior leaders, with a matrix reporting relationship to the Senior Executive Administrator. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can effectively manage competing priorities, complex schedules, and sensitive business matters. Success in this position demands outstanding organizational skills, strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and a high degree of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate is polished, adaptable, proactive, and able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. You will report directly to our designated manager, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location, On Site work schedule.
