The role focuses on planning, implementing and executing special events for TEES and the College of Engineering, with responsibility for maintaining the events management system and supporting related activities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years of event experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Two years of related event experience.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and execute special events and conferences.
  • Supervise event personnel and vendors; provide post-event analysis.
  • Support events management system and related processes.
  • Supervise student support staff as needed.
  • Adhere to policies, including protection of minors where applicable.
