Job summary

Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator to support the Turbomachinery Laboratory's technological and digital media needs. Responsibilities include website maintenance, event software management, and providing technical support for the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in website design and software systems. A strong team player, the role requires effective communication skills and knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in website design, software systems operation/optimization, and programming.
  • Preferred knowledge of WordPress site management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Team player who can interact effectively with university personnel and industry contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Complete website updates and performance monitoring for the Turbo Lab’s three sites.
  • Coordinate with TAMU Library Services on loading and formatting proceedings.
  • Provide on-site registration and technical support at the annual symposia.
  • Manage equipment inventory while handling IT compliance for Turbo Lab staff.
