Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte seeks an Event and Retail Marketing Trainer to develop new representatives into confident lead setters. You will lead initial training and coach during the first 60–90 days, modeling our lead generation process at events and in retail locations.

The role is hands-on, with half the time in classroom coaching and half in field work, including weekends. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential to track progress and drive results.

Qualifications

• Two years of high performance in lead‑setting or sales‑oriented role with proven goal attainment.
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or developing others preferred.
• Experience in event/retail marketing or in‑person prospecting is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire training for Event and Retail Marketing reps and coach performance.
• Develop a coaching plan for first 60–90 days and adjust based on progress.
• Visit events/retail sites to demonstrate conversations and provide feedback.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions with clear goals and steps.
• Deliver advanced training on objection handling and customer engagement.
• Model policy adherence while maintaining appointment quality.
• Use results and observations to identify coaching priorities.
• Collaborate with team leads and Directors to align training across markets.
• Create an engaging learning environment and provide candid feedback.
• Maintain training materials and use spreadsheets to track progress.
