Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Event and Retail Marketing Trainer to develop new representatives into confident lead setters. You will lead classroom training and field coaching for the first 60–90 days, becoming an expert in our lead generation process and coaching reps at events and retail locations.

The role combines office instruction with hands-on field work, including weekends. Prior experience in training or coaching in event/retail marketing or home improvement sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding public speaking and group facilitation abilities.
• Proven coaching or mentoring experience with measurable impact.
• Strong sales and marketing instincts with customer conversation skills.
• Ability to translate performance data into coaching actions.
• Comfortable using Excel or similar spreadsheets to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire training and field coaching for 60–90 days.
• Demonstrate effective field conversations and real-time feedback to reps.
• Develop and execute coaching plans, adjusting to strengths and gaps.
• Conduct advanced training on objection handling and engagement.
• Maintain training materials and track rep progress with spreadsheets.
• Represent the company professionally at events and training sessions.
