Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashier or parking experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but standard instructions.
• Ability to respond positively to customer problems or complaints.
• Able to adapt to changes in the work environment; handle delays or unexpected events.
• License: valid state-issued driver’s license if required to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Verify shift transactions against cashier's money on hand during bank drops.
• Respond to customer service issues and resolve on the spot.
• Maintain order in assigned lot.
• Maintain relationships with police department and security personnel.
• Supervise employees and liaison between employees and upper management.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift as needed.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear full uniform during shifts.
• Report any policy violations or safety hazards to management.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with revenue control equipment.
• Complete daily inspections and other required documentation.
• Assist with debris cleanup and spills.
• Substitute for any position if necessary.
• Gain thorough knowledge of the garage and local streets/landmarks.
