Job summary

Club Demonstration Services seeks an Event Manager in Oxnard, CA to recruit, train and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and customer service, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and staff for openings and ongoing events.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail/hospitality, strong leadership, communication and the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced setting. This role offers full benefits and a set Tue-Sat schedule.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and manage fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities for successful events, promotion and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event metrics and costs.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through activation and expense management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through operations optimization.
