Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in-store product demonstrators and oversee event execution. You will coordinate product prep, training, and customer service across multiple locations and openings.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail/hospitality, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This is a full-time onsite role with benefits and a focus on growth and performance.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (from the description).
• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop employees and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions, and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service, and operations excellence.
• Oversee training, hiring and supervision of in-store demonstrators.
• Collaborate with district managers to evaluate event metrics and costs.
• Support governance frameworks and policy adherence.
