Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to lead product demonstrations, recruit and supervise in-store demonstrators, and ensure top-notch setup and training. You will coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and staff, participate in grand openings, and manage food safety, presentation and customer service standards.

This role offers a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, full benefits, 401(k) and generous PTO, with a focus on delivering engaging, high-quality shopper

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with related experience considered.
• 2–4 years in retail, hospitality, or food environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and training abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff for in-store product demonstrations.
• Oversee product preparation, presentation and food safety standards.
• Train demonstrators in demo preparation and customer service.
• Coordinate communication among managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in grand openings at new locations as needed.
