Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is partnering with a leading Raleigh commercial drywall contractor to hire a Commercial Drywall Estimator / Project Manager. You will estimate and manage commercial drywall and metal stud framing projects, perform takeoffs, build bids, and lead client relationships.

The role offers a path to operations leadership with potential growth into division leadership, while guiding a well-established, reputable Raleigh team with deep field expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating and managing commercial drywall projects.
• Familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid for takeoffs and bids.
• Strong leadership and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial drywall and metal stud framing projects.
• Perform takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff and build estimates with Quick Bid.
• Manage projects from award through completion and coordinate with field teams.
• Develop relationships with general contractors and clients and pursue opportunites.
• Lead, communicate, and drive growth within the Raleigh operation.
• Plan where and how to grow the business and scale estimating support.
