Job summary

This role involves managing cost estimates for large construction projects, from bidding through to completion. Candidates should have extensive construction and estimating experience, ideally in Heavy Civil projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction experience or equivalent.
• 7+ years of estimating experience in Heavy Civil.
• Must be able to navigate uneven terrain for pre-bid site investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating team assignments and efforts.
• Participate in strategy meetings on projects.
• Prepare cost estimates including the use of Estimating Software.
