Consigli Construction is seeking a Lead Estimator to head the most complex, large-scale project estimating efforts. You will develop conceptual estimates, budgets, GMPs and value engineering while guiding subcontractor relations and bid strategies.

The role requires a BS/MS in Engineering or Construction Management, 10+ years in construction and 5+ years in estimating, with strong Excel and estimating software skills.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5+ years in estimating field; 10+ years in construction.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and specialized estimating software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating efforts on the most complex and large-scale projects, including conceptual estimates, budgets and value engineering.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and apply unit pricing for material and labor to establish the estimate.
• Manage subcontractor solicitation and selection process.
• Prepare an in-house budget and GMP.
• Facilitate collaboration among team members and communicate with all stakeholders.
