This role serves as a subject matter expert within the Estimating team, mentoring junior estimators and providing strategic input to Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years estimating in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to interpret civil/Survey terminology.
• Demonstrated bid submission accuracy and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation process for large-scale or complex projects.
• Prepare and manage detailed estimates and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Operations to align pricing strategies.
• Develop and refine takeoff/estimation processes using company software and best practices.
• Mentor Estimating Specialist I and junior team members.
