The role leads estimating from concept to bid, mentors junior estimators, reviews drawings and specs, and drives bid strategy across corporate interiors, hospitality, and high-end retail projects in NYC.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a General Contractor / Construction Management firm.
• Strong knowledge of the NYC construction market.
• Experience estimating commercial interiors, renovations and/or ground-up construction projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage estimates and complex bid packages.
• Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior estimating staff.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, subcontractor procurement and market pricing.

I'm working with a highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor / Construction Management firm, previously recognized as an ENR Contractor of the Year, looking to bring on an experienced Lead Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team in Midtown Manhattan.

The business has built a strong reputation across the NYC construction market, delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors.

Project Types:

• Corporate Interiors & Commercial Fit-Outs || Hospitality & High-End Retail || Financial Services & Corporate HQ || Lobbies, Amenities & Building Repositioning || Education & Healthcare || Ground-Up Residential & Mixed-Use Developments

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimating process from initial concept through final bid submission
