Upgrade Resources is seeking an Estimating Manager for commercial construction in Oklahoma City, OK. The role combines cost estimating leadership with collaboration across operations, field staff, trade partners, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial estimating experience, a relevant degree, and strong proficiency in Excel and estimating software. A hybrid schedule with one day remote supports project delivery and bid development.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Established, positive trade partner relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software; ability to read drawings and specs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complex cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals.
• Perform quantity surveys from project plans and maintain audit trails.
• Read specifications; develop and manage scopes of work for all trades.
• Lead vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation, distribution, pricing and coordination.
• Prepare material and cost summaries; coordinate bid day summaries and general requirements estimates.
• Track value creation and integrate into project documentation.
• Apply knowledge of schedule and logistics; analyze building components and MEP systems.
