• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Lead vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation and pricing coordination.
• Develop scopes of work for all trades and manage the estimate audit trail.
• Collaborate with operations, field staff, and clients throughout preconstruction.
• Mentor and train others and contribute to process improvements.
