Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ – Charlotte (South End) seeks an Assistant Spa Manager / Lead Esthetician to support the Spa Manager with daily operations and lead the esthetician team. The role balances hands-on facial services with leadership, training, and inventory responsibilities.

You will maintain high service standards, coach staff, and ensure client experience, cleanliness, and product usage are top-notch. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years esthetics experience preferred.
• Previous leadership, training, mentoring, or Lead Esthetician experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skincare, sanitation, and service protocols.
• Ability to train, coach, and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, hands-on training, and technical development of new estheticians.
• Coordinate ongoing training, certifications, observations, and skill development.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ service standards, timing, consultations, sanitation, and client experience.
• Identify skill gaps and provide coaching and continuing education.
• Manage inventory, back-bar, retail, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Support daily spa operations, including appointment flow, openings/closings, and guest experience.
