Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a dedicated Esthetician Lead to join our Los Gatos location on site. The role requires an Esthetician License and 1-2 years of leadership experience, with availability for nights and weekends at onsite events.

You will greet guests, assist the Store Manager with scheduling, inventory, and product orders, drive store and individual sales goals, and contribute to training, coaching, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Availability to work onsite events at nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Assist the Manager with scheduling and daily task assignments.
• Assist with inventory counts, product ordering, and receiving shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Reports directly to the Store Manager.
• Assist in training estheticians on protocols, products, and selling techniques.
• Support coaching conversations and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• May conduct product, retail and membership training for staff.
• Assist in marketing initiatives including events, pop-ups, and social media content.

Required: Esthetician License

Operations:

• Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist the Manager in scheduling needs, schedule cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks.
• Assists the Manager with inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving products and to ensure inventory is accurate
• Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Reports directly to the Store Manager

Training:

• Assist in training estheticians to ensure they are confident in protocols, product knowledge, selling and compliance
• Train new and existing estheticians on ongoing training and protocol changes which includes but is not limited to products and services
• Assists the Manager in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook.
• Assists the Manager in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being upheld
• Confident in having coaching conversations with team members
• May conduct product, retail and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians.

Marketing:

• Assist in Marketing initiatives which may include but is not limited to events, pop-ups, social media content

Position Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior leadership experience
• Esthetician License
• Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends)

Preferred Requirements

• 1-2 years of salon/spa experience
• 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
