FACE FOUNDRIÉ – The Veranda in Concord, CA is seeking an Esthetician Manager to lead the esthetician team, ensure guest experiences, and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards while driving service quality and business performance.

The role blends leadership, coaching, scheduling, compliance, and hands-on esthetic services such as dermaplaning, HydraFacial, peels, brow lamination, lashes. Weekend/evening availability required; compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active California Esthetician License is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a spa, skincare clinic, or beauty services environment.
• Expertise in advanced esthetic services including dermaplaning, HydraFacial, chemical peels, and related treatments.
• Strong training, coaching, and performance management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Gmail, scheduling systems, and client management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the esthetician team to maintain a high-performing workplace culture.
• Conduct interviews and the hiring process for new esthetician team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to support development and service excellence.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and hold team members accountable to goals.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and time-off approvals to ensure coverage.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate inventory and collaborate with Lead Esthetician on product control.
