Job summary

Elements Massage Denver West & Parker is seeking a Lead Esthetician to help grow our skincare program across two studios. You’ll mentor, train, and coach an esthetician team while delivering exceptional facials and client care.

Responsibilities include leading service protocols, coaching staff, overseeing retail, and coordinating with front desk. A Colorado esthetician license and prior spa experience are required; competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Esthetician license and authorization to provide facial/skincare services in Colorado.
• Completion of an accredited esthetics educational program.
• Previous experience providing facials or working in a spa, resort spa, medical spa, skincare, or beauty environment.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and client education.
• A natural leader who can coach and mentor others while maintaining a positive and respectful approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor estheticians while encouraging consistency, accountability, and strong habits.
• Onboard and train new estheticians on service protocols, products, systems, and studio expectations.
• Conduct practical interviews with prospective esthetician candidates.
• Lead monthly one-on-one meetings with estheticians to review goals, provide feedback, and offer support.
• Provide ongoing coaching and product/service training.
• Lead or assist with monthly esthetician training and skill-development sessions.
• Help ensure service protocols, side work, cleaning responsibilities, and studio standards are consistently followed.
• Support esthetician retention and help maintain a strong, fully staffed team.
