Job summary

Elements Massage Denver West & Parker is seeking a Lead Esthetician to build and lead our skincare services across two studios. You will train, mentor, and support the esthetician team while delivering exceptional facials and client education.

You'll set a high standard for service protocols, retail performance, and studio culture, with a focus on ownership, proactive leadership, and an outstanding client experience across Denver West and Parker.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Esthetician license and authorization to provide facial/skincare services.
• Completion of an accredited esthetics educational program.
• Experience providing facials or working in spa/settings.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and client education.
• Ability to coach and mentor others with respect.
• Strong communication with clients and staff.
• Organized, dependable, proactive, and takes ownership.
• Team player in an empowering environment.
• Passion for skincare and helping clients feel their best.
• Professional liability insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth skincare consultations to understand client needs and goals.
• Provide facials and skincare treatments per service protocols.
• Educate clients on at-home routines and product recommendations.
• Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing client experience.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment environment.
• Follow all safety standards and Colorado licensing requirements.
• Mentor and support estheticians to foster consistency and accountability.
• Lead onboarding and training for new estheticians on procedures and studio expectations.
• Conduct interviews for prospective estheticians.
• Lead monthly one-on-one meetings to review goals and provide feedback.
• Provide ongoing coaching and product/service training.
• Oversee monthly training and skill development sessions.
• Ensure adherence to service protocols, cleaning, and studio standards.
• Support esthetician retention and maintain a fully staffed team.
• Engage in leadership meetings and represent the team in studio initiatives.
• Manage retail performance and inventory orders for both studios.
