Job summary

Elements Massage Denver West & Parker is seeking a Lead Esthetician to develop and lead our skincare program across two Colorado studios. You will conduct in-depth consultations, perform facial treatments, and educate clients on home skincare.

You will mentor other estheticians, coordinate with front desk teams, manage retail goals, and help shape consistent service standards across Denver West and Parker locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician in Colorado with facial services experience.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor and train estheticians.
• Strong client education and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skincare consultations and provide facial treatments.
• Mentor estheticians; lead trainings and monthly meetings.
• Coordinate between estheticians and front desk for smooth communication.
• Oversee retail goals and inventory across two studios.
