Lead Responsibilities

• Team Development
• Train, coach, and mentor Estheticians and Sales Associates
• Conduct ongoing performance coaching and support
• Assist with onboarding and skill developmentLead bi-weekly esthetics team meetings

Qualifications

Schedule

This full-time leadership position averages 30–35 hours per week and includes one weekend day and evening availability.
