WOODHOUSE DAY SPA in Carmel, IN is seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician to elevate the Esthetics department and mentor the team while delivering elite guest experiences.

This Tier 3 role combines hands-on facial treatments with leadership, training, and department management, offering growth toward Spa Director-level opportunities along with performance bonuses and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong track record hitting retail and retention goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced, results-driven facial treatments across our full service menu.
• Train, certify, and mentor new estheticians.
• Coach the team on protocols, scripts, and retail performance.
• Build your book of business through personal post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls.
• Oversee back bar inventory, protocol binders, and department scheduling fairness.
• Serve as the go-to resource for the esthetics team and Spa Director.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician to elevate our Esthetics department. This is a Tier 3 role for a skincare expert who is ready to train, mentor, and lead — while continuing to deliver an elite guest experience of their own.

What You'll Do
