Job summary

Woodhouse Day Spa in Zionsville, IN is seeking an experienced Lead Esthetician to elevate our Esthetics department. This Tier 3 role focuses on mentoring, training, and leading while continuing to deliver elite facial experiences to guests.

You will coach the team on protocols, schedule fairly, grow your book through follow-up calls, and collaborate with the Spa Director to uphold our standards of excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current esthetician license.
• 4+ years of esthetics experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, or mentoring experience.
• Strong track record hitting retail and retention goals.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced, results-driven facial treatments across our full service menu.
• Train, certify, and mentor new estheticians.
• Coach the team on protocols, scripts, and retail performance.
• Build your book of business through personal post-treatment follow-up calls and guest retention calls.
• Oversee back bar inventory, protocol binders, and department scheduling fairness.
• Serve as the go-to resource for the esthetics team and Spa Director.
