Experience in facials, microdermabrasion, and retail sales, along with a passion for skincare, are essential. We are seeking a Lead Esthetician who is looking for a long-term career in a stable, supportive, and growth-focused environment. At Hand & Stone, we deliver high-quality, results-driven skincare services in a professional and welcoming setting—and we’re looking for someone who can lead that standard.

Our service menu includes advanced treatments such as LED Skin Phototherapy, Hydrafacial, Propen, Neveskin NuFACE microcurrent, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels, giving our estheticians the ability to build customized, results-oriented treatment plans. With our membership-based model, you’ll have the opportunity to quickly build and maintain a strong, loyal clientele.

This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in hands‑on services, but also enjoys coaching others, driving performance, and building a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee the Esthetics Department

• Full body waxing is required as part of service offerings
